Ops Associate – Final-Year Internship
We’re looking for a highly motivated Ops Associate Intern to join our team and support both the Chief of Staff and our HR/Talent Manager on cross-functional projects. This internship is ideal for a final-year student from a business or engineering school looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Skills & Experience
- Final-year student in a top-tier business or engineering school (Master’s level)
- Strong interest in operations, strategy, talent, and startup environments
- Solid organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
- Comfortable with productivity tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Slack)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with internal teams, candidates, and external partners
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a support to the Chief of Staff on strategic cross-functional projects, from internal growth initiatives to process improvements, ensuring alignment across teams and better organization of our tools and workflows.
- Take an active role in recruitment operations, including sourcing high-potential candidates, assisting in screening and scheduling, and helping to accelerate the hiring pipeline for key roles.
- Contribute to employer branding, including refreshing and enriching our career page (Teamtailor) and supporting initiatives that highlight our culture, values, and mission.
- Collaborate with the HR/Talent team to optimize hiring workflows, onboarding materials, and internal processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate and employee experience.
- Support the founders and leadership team on strategic topics such as partnerships and external visibility (e.g., awards, programs, presentations, pitch decks).
- Assist in internal communications, from contributing content to the internal newsletter to preparing materials for All Hands and other company-wide meetings.
- Maintain and enrich our internal documentation (wiki, policies, guidelines, templates), ensuring information is easy to find and up to date.
