Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in financial management, preferably within a startup, medtech, or deeptech environment.
• Prior experience in a PME, scale-up, or industrial company — not limited to digital, SaMD, or SaaS only environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis, with a good foundation in financial modeling and reporting.
• Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• [Bonus] Basic knowledge of M&A dynamics, unit economics (especially in medical imaging), US Healthcare system, reimbursement and relations with payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed cash flow forecasting models and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports tailored to investor requirements.
• Monitor financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and CoS to prepare and track budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Assist in creating business models for various markets (USA, EU, Southeast Asia) using data-driven analysis.
• Support daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance and timely reporting by coordinating with external accountants and advisors.
• Prepare and update data rooms for fundraising and maintain transparency with investors and grant agencies.
• Help in drafting and negotiating contracts with partners, hospitals, and service providers.
• Identify and recommend improvements to current financial systems and processes to support the company’s growth trajectory.
• Identify, design and implement financial tools and methods to enhance overall operational efficiency.
