We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to develop an innovative AI solution to upscale/enhance low-field MRI images to 3T quality. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in medical imaging, with a focus on improving diagnostic capabilities using low-field MRI scanners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on MRI image enhancement techniques, super-resolution methods for low-field imaging, image co-registration, and longitudinal studies.
• Collaborate with the Modelization team to develop pre- and post-processing pipelines for AI models.
• Design, implement, and optimize AI algorithms for MRI image upscaling, with a focus on diffusion models and other generative procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies for 1 mT - 3 T image alignment and deformation.
• Create and maintain datasets for model training and evaluation, including curation of existing datasets and collaboration with partners to build custom datasets.
• Develop evaluation metrics and conduct thorough testing of AI models on synthetic data, phantoms, and real patient data.
• Implement and deploy AI models in a production-ready environment.

Qualifications:

• PhD or MSc in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a medical AI startup or applied AI department of a major medical technology company.
• Strong technical skills in AI, with in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques, particularly in image processing and enhancement.
• Expertise in optimization problems and constrained optimization.
• Proficiency in implementing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Excellent programming skills
• Experience with medical imaging is a plus, but not required.
• Bonus: GitHub profile with demonstrations of cutting-edge technique implementations.
